The Ogma Connect is powered by a state of the art Intel Multi Core Processor and the Intel 945G Chip-set. This carrier grade appliances power is harnessed perfectly by the MikroTik Router OS V3, which makes this router the highest performing appliance when it comes to number of interfaces, number of features, number of packets per second. This Ogma Connect OC2000U is the best router in-terms of packet performance per price. The Multi Core design allows the router to be perfectly responsive even when the system is running at full load, as a result of this this powerful router can take on just about any CPU intensive Network appliance role on your network, even highly CPU intensive roles such as AES 256 IPSec VPN tunnel termination.

Seven LAN Ports without PoE - These Gigabit Ethernet ports are recognized as 7 independent  LAN interfaces:eth1 to eth7 . The ports do not support Power over Ethernet. All cables made to EIA/TIA 568A/B cable specifications will work correctly.These ports support automatic cross/straight cable correction (Auto MDI/X), so you can use either straight or cross-over cables for connecting to other network devices.
