Wireless Connect Returns Policy
Wireless Connect Ltd owns and operates the WirelessConnect family of Websites, which include wirelesssconnect.ie, wirelessconnect.eu www.wirelessconnect.eu, www.wirelessconnect.ie, and any variant that resolves to one or more owned or run web shops. The above group of Website shall be hereinafter known as WC. Please review this document carefully as it sets out your rights and obligations, limitations and exclusions in relation to your purchases from WC. Your placement of an order at WC either over the Phone, email or direct through the online shop constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Although all our products are from quality world renowned manufacturers, we understand that faults do occur. We are a Business to Business supplier, supplying OEM commercial grade products and as such we expect our customers to have a high degree of knowledge of the products and networking equipment. All products require a caution in handling and operation and as such warranty replacements and repairs cannot be offered for defects that occur due to mis-handling and or misuse. Outside this we do offer a defects warranty period and a change of mind period in which we will offer a refund or a credit note. This is subject to certain terms and conditions and prior approval from WC. Some items are offered with a different returns policy, but these are outlined on each of the individual product pages as applicable. Please check individual items products pages for details. You may also wish to return goods for other reasons, so please follow the guidelines below. If you are in any doubt please really do give us a call.
Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item
Any product , regardless of the guarantee offered that are dead on arrival are entitled to a replacement or refund as deemed fit by WC, this is subject to correct usage and handling been applied to the products at all times. The DOA RMA is subject to the following criteria:
The RMA must follow the RMA procedure as outlined further on, and items should only be returned on receiving a valid RMA number from WC for each RMA. WC must be notified of the defective product within 5 days of receiving the product, or in the case of no time delivery information within 15 days of it been dispatched from wireless connect. The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you through your online WC account. Each case will be handled on a case by case basis and in most cases the following may be requested by WC
The photos of original WC package with front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
The photos, video or screenshot showing the mal-function of the defective item(s)
In a DOA Situation: a reimbursement for return shipping fees is available, provided that:
Return the item(s) by ordinary mail (the cheapest way) with tracking number to WC.
The return shipping fee is less than 60% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than €30 (EURO), we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact our CS staff to further confirm it.
In all cases DO NOT SEND back items to WC without first contact us and receiving a VALID RMA number.
If you change your mind or incorrectly ordered products
If you change your mind and no longer want the items ordered, you will need to return these to us within 7 days, of receiving the items, or in the case of non tracking number, they must be returned within 15 days of shipping date from WC. They must be returned unopened in their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns.
Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item only. Please note we cannot refund any postage or delivery charge in this instance. Items returned to us without a returns number will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the customer, at the customers cost.
WC can in some circumstances accept returns for items that are shipped for longer than the above times assuming they are unopened and fit for resale. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
Received Incorrect Items
Should you receive items which have been dispatched by WC that are not matching your order, you will need to notify us straight away and return the items within 14days. Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns and record the amount of postage so that this can be refunded to you. Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the incorrect items, we will dispatch the correct items free of charge. Items returned to us without a returns number will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the customer.
Training Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 14 days before course commencement will be refunded. A 20% administration fee will apply. Cancellations less than 14 days before the date of commencement of Training will not be entitled to a refund. Wireless Connect Provides Training at the location advertised on the Training website. All Costs associated with travelling to and from the training venue along with accommodation are the responsibility of the attendee.
RMA Procedure (Returns Materials Authorization Procedure)
When sending items to WC for any reason you must follow our RMA. Procedure. This allows us to effectively process your return in a timely manor. ANY items returned without an RMA will be returned to the customers at the customers expense.
Send WC an e mail to sales [AT] WirelessConnect.eu with the following information.
The Items been returned.
The Invoice/Order number of the order in which the items were purchased.
The reason for returning the items.
Images/Screenshots that may support the RMA claim.
Await feedback from WC with the RMA number if applicable
Do not send back items until a valid RMA has been issued, as this may lead to the customer paying for shipping.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law.
